The rooms were not ready when we checked in. The staff was still cleaning it. Also they were using the old unclean bedsheets and pillow covers. Also there isn’t hot water in bathroom as stated in your facilities. No toiletries were given. No hot water to drink was provided. They even charged for water bottles. The area of the room is very confusing no proper road leads to the room. There’s dust everywhere in the hotel. Please do not believe the pictures you see the rooms are totally different.

Worst stay, worst hospitality, worst hygiene. No approach road. Bed sheets are stinking and were torn. No shampoos, no soaps, no towels. Every detail mentioned in mm t is utter lie and fake. We seriously doubt the standards of mmt.

this is not a hotel. room is very dark. no wash basin and shower in bathroom. no towels bedsheet was dirty. no parking. no food. basically it was a homestay.

It was shown deluxe double beds with ac whereas no ac was there. Also 9 beds were not available and only 8 rooms provided for 18 persons and hence refunds to be made for shortages.

Bad experience, book ac rooms but provide non ac rooms, just like dharsmshala, 8not proper bathrooms

Very bad experience of life, as it is very difficult to reach at this location and riksha driver loot the passenger. Advise to make my trip to delete from your list. This is not hotel but a home stay. No ac, no geyser in room, we have to take warm water self from outside geyser. We feel hell on earth during our stay.

The property owner declined for stay at their hotel, which left us in dillema and helpless. Thanks to mm t customer care representative mr. Ashmit, who with his great effort provided an alternative homestay.

There is no ventilation, no separate geyser for each room, the tea they sell is costly but the tea is not good. No neatness. Very bad experience

La ayodhya room was cancelled by the owner and allotted to someone else by 9pm as he said my phone wasn't reachable and then after fighting he gave us a room 2 km away in a shaby lane with mud cows and buffaloes. La ayodhya also now not reachable by vehicle as it is barricaded and one has to walked 2 km with all luggage, which i did last night.
