The property looks good but there were electrical fault and in midnight it was all smoke n fire. We had to evacuate the hotel room and the we have been asked to shift to different hotel but non of the provided hotels were up to the mark . At last v had to agree to stay in a room with my entire family as a staff room so called more like a store room where ll not ask our servant to stay as stinking very much then took mattress in a open hall which was a exit way of all the rooms but cudnot spent a hour because of mosquito. Then finally spent the night in same room all eight of us. Experience was horrible.

I had booked four ac deluxe room and paid for that. But none of the ac is working.

Van-era cancel-led the stay at last moment. Then mm t arranged the stay which was good. Van-era shpuld have been banned
