The staff is very hardworking. The hotel is not so good. The premium rooms do not have enough lights. Mattress ans pillows are too old. They have lost their softness. Also the breakfast menu is not upto expectations.

Poor management, parking issue, no assistance from management even they have limited parking space to park somewhere else. No floor mat, bucket, mug, bathroom stool provided. Delay in service. Only good thing is, room is really big.

Bathroom had no shower, they had hung hand shower as overhead shower, the holder was also cracked when i complained about shower, the person at reception said if you has told this last night we might had changed the room, when they were aware about this, why they allotted this room to me, from both taps there was very very hot water, in which a normal human being can't bath, there was no water in basin and toilet spray, very very poor service they commit 4 star property, but it's half 0 star property very exuberantly charged hotel

Extremely overrated for the quality of service and other amenities. Dirty bedding, no toiletries, slow restaurant services added to the woes.

At dinner only one item was brought after a long delay inspite of previous request could not produce a bill at the time of check out. The manager did nothing inspite of complaint

Location wise it’s good. City view and mountain view is also good. Rooms are good and clean. It’s good for one night stay. But we felt bit expensive. No proper space for parking.

Our experience of our stay in clarks's, badami was poor due to the following - 1. Absolutely sign board on the hotel front. 2. Resturant service was very very unsatisfactory. Dishes ordered took about 45 mins to arrive. 3. Checking out experience was again very bad. Despite giving advance notice of our checking out of 30 mins, it took another 30 mins for the bill to be prepared. 4. Neither the manager - who was called to the desk, nor the receptionist said one word of apology for the inconvenience caused. Will definitely not stay at this hotel again or recommend it to anyone else.

Rooms are clean and specious, location is very convenient. Badami caves, badami fort, agastya lake and bhoothnath temple are at walkable distance. Food is really good though lacked variety. But taste is really good. The restaurant and room service is extremely slow. So order your food well in advance. Ample parking space in front and in basement. If i hv to go to badami again, i will definitely choose clarks inn only.

Location is good close to the caves. Bathroom toilet below par. Lighting within the room has to be much better. The restaurant was under renovation and approach to reception dusty. You can give it a miss for now.

First of all they have given an uncleaned room and after some investigation they changed my room. Split ac has been attached and heavy noise when outdoor running time. Kindly avoid if you have no choice.

Neatly maintained well equipped nice place and very close to visit badami caves and fort. Restaurant was okay
