I will share my review of staying at balaka lodge through the following points : 1. The room was spacious and clean. 2. The behaviour of the staff was top notch. 3. Sea-beach is nearby to this lodge. 4. The stay was very safe and the food of this lodge was healthy and tasty but a little overpriced. 5. The room service was also commendable.

Location of this property is decent. Staff behavior is horrible. They are very rude specially while taking orders for room service or in the restaurant. Food quality is poor. They have standard menu and if you request them to customize then they will start providing excuses.

Very bad experience in hotel. They said outside food is not allowed but inside there are no any veg food. And their communication is very poor.

It was a wonderful stay. The rooms were clean, the sevice was super good. Highly recommend this hotel. The food is also delicious. It's closer to the beach compared to the other stays at a reasonable price.

My concept of 4 bedded room has been changed. One room with king size bed(so called 3 bed) and sofa (treat as 1 bed) showing 4 bedded room can not understand the logic. Short of cleanliness.

Typical dingy 3 storied hotel without lift with empty bottles thrown at each corner. A place where doors cannot be closed from inside and remotes won't work, and warm geyser water comes out of tap at snail's pace and one maintenance person serves all types of complaints for all boarders with one screwdriver and where gsts are charged without providing gst invoice. Yet, i came to know that this is one of the better hotels among private entities. Foods are ok. You need to adjust yourself to the condition. Good parking facility.

Nice Place to Stay at Reasonable price. Nearest to Bakkhali Main Bus Terminus and Sea Beach walking distance. Accommodation is good up to mark. Neat and Clean Room, Bathroom and Bed... All things provided accordingly. The Best thing about this lodge is the food. It's very tasty and you feel it like homely food. Room Service, Restaurant Staff, Manager all are very polite and helpful. A long time after I got this type of nice Hotel Service on Tour. Hats off to All Hotel Staff of Balaka Lodge...👍👍👍👍🙏🙏🙏🙏
