Location of the property is good but that's the end of it. Infrastructure and facilities are terrible to say the least. I was allotted a room where even the comode was leaking waste on to the floor while using it. Food was below average.

No body bother guest when calling . There is no good staff. We have booked 2 room for 6 person, but bed only 2 single beds each room.

Rooms are neat and clean. Room service is too slow. Don't book with food, food is below average. Nice budget hotel and awesome location.

Hospitality and food quality is good. Cleanliness is a big question mark. You can find many spider and cockroach inside the room

The room is excellent. Ac worked fine on 40 degree plus outside temperature. Food of hotels restaurant is tasteful, price also moderate. Room service and behavior of all staffs are polite and respectful. Good staying experience.

The bedsheet, pillow and cover were so dirty, bathroom pan was like public toilet. Cockroaches were also seen here

I left my travel kit, the very next day when i inquired, they denied. Im 100% sure that i left my travel kit in the hotel. So beware of your belongings.

it was a nice place to stay in balasore . We have stayed here because of a marriage and mid night when we return from marriage then are closed all the gate but just one call then they have opened and not asked anything.

Food services was poor. In toilet, basin tap was not properly maintain e while sitting stool in toilet was very dirty.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
