Rooms are not good, water was continuously pouring from taps and basins. There are few good rooms available on the ground floor but don't provide for online booking. Hotel management is non-cooperative. There is no lift service also. Experience is not good.

I had searched this hotel on google and whatever room was shown to me, i did not get the same room, and there were many problems in the room like light is not proper, bed is not proper, room is not clean and many such. Faced a problem

Condition of the hotel is very poor. First a bad room was provided. After making complaint, they provide another room. Room is not up to the mark. The rate is not as per the standerd of the hotel. Disappointed.

Misleading images. The property at the lowest price is not possible to sleep in. Toilet was broken and unhygienic. Food at canteen was somewhat acceptable. But i have a feeling that other properties along this beach are equally poor. It's a non touristy place

Check-in hotel was so smooth, room was spacious and clean only the checkout time was so early otherwise the hotel is in good environment with beautiful garden vibe

if you want to stay for 2, 3 hours that's enough(fine).... not for 1 night stay.... they must do neat and clean.... washroom flash, windows, door 🤣🤣🤣🤣 literally terrible 😔

Good hotel nice staff specially mr. Jagmohan who took good care of us. Only issue is the check out time that must me 10 am not 8 am it is too early

If you come to chandipur to see the sea, you can book a one night stay here. It has parking and a good garden. There is no enjoyable sea at chandipur, so only fit for one night.

Review given after 2night stay in a "ac superdelux room at hotel subham. Average hotel:pros: 1. At a walking distance from the beach market2. Rooms are very spacious3. Lots of counter space, tables and wardrobe area4. Spacious bathroom5. Cheap food pricecons:1. Window ac with no temperature control, also no remote control2. Food quality is not good. Breakfast items are tasty but the lunch/dinner main course are not cooked wel3. The sea is not visible from any of the rooms of this hotel, even though the rooms are marked as sea view. 4. Check out time is 8am which is too early. They will not allow a late check out even if the property is empty. They will charge hefty amount if you want to extend your check out by a couple of hours.

I stayed for one night in hotel sub-am it was a very good place to stay with family and friends and a couple with an open space garden, and 100 mtr beach, the hotel staff was also good behavior, it was a very peaceful area where you could spend a lot of time.
