Everything wa good except that the entry into the terminal was delayed as they have to come by to pickup and the process was delayed

Ambience very welcoming, staff courteous. The staff accompanied and guided me to the hotel from the time i reached the airport and gave them a call. I felt the hotel was costly. Nonetheless it is a good option for travellers

stay was very comfortable and good , the room and linen was very clean …it’s very convenient to have such transit hotels inside airport , saves lot of time . and at a reasonable cost ..we should have more such rooms in all the airport terminals….👍

Transit hotel the service was excellent. Staff were very friendly especially i interacted with the staff whose name is darshana. She was very sweet very professional and the room itself was very clean and neat. Thank you so much for this comfy stay

Average facility. Since this is a transit stay purpose there is no facility to hang clothes as the whole room is very narrow. Couldn't get the missing milk pwds to have quick tea/coffee after request. Could improve the amenities for the charges.

Staff are excellent. Sebastian helped me at the entry gate to scan my bags and also took my bags to the room. Check in process was easy and simple. Room is quite small. Reasonably clean. Pillowcase was looking quite old. Bed is soft. Aircon works. Noisy from banging doors and airport. All basic amenities are provided. Wake up call is available. Reasonable for a short stay

Check in process is lengthy, although staffs are courteous amenities are too poor. Amenities are poor rooms are tiny.

Location is excellent, just above checkin counter and 1 minute walk from security check. It took me totally 15 minutes from hotel checkout to gate 21. Tiny japanese style minimal in size but maximum comfort the staff receive you at arrivals and guide you to room without hassle

For this price, the least one expects is silence. You wont get it for sure. Through the night you can hear announcements and chatter as if you were sleeping on a railway platform.

Comfortable room, very efficient welcome. When you arrive at one o'clock in the morning and you have to take a connection it's perfect. The room is small but it's perfect. Impeccable sanitary facilities, a kettle and water available. the trip is much less tiring with this break

If you expect a convenient stay and are ready to compromise on food quality and cleanliness a little. This is too good. It's in t1. The food i had, was not cooked properly. I had to remove an article left behind by a previous occupant. Inhaler. . Others good. Clean single bed, jump out, and you are in the toilet, which is spank y clean. Carry your own bathing bar, the dispenser did not work. Overall. Convenient

Stayed for 6 hrs at 080. Excellent. Option for taking some rest. Can. Start fresh to the destination clean and tidy courteous staff contact the information desk near the transfer the hotel. Staff guides us perfectly
