Average hotel not worth for money poor service overall. Room service is very bad. Need to improve the food service also

Horrible experience, very rude staff, powercut at least 20 times in a day, thumping noise of generator (u can't sleep) no room service even if u need water u have to come to reception and pay and take it. Checkout time is mrng 10 am, i was late by half an hour to reach my room (was out for some work) and check out they were ready to put my stuffs out of the room or else u have to pay money for late check out.

Nice stay near brigade road and mg road.

It was a very good stay. The hotel staff behavior was so cooperative and polite. Value for money and the location was good. Brigade road and mg road is close to this property.

Rooms were renovated but cleanliness was an issue. Everything was perfect until i found out that there is no drinks available at the property, you have to walk for a kilometre to get your drinks. Bathrooms were not clean, for hot water if you want to take shower, there is an electric geyser to which you have to wait 10-15 before taking bath. They don’t have their own restaurant they outsource the food, which was not an issue, food delivery was very quick. Staff were very polite and quick rest all everything’s perfect, the location and hospitality of the staff

Place is nice but there is bad smell in the room and it was there before i entered the room and it was during my entire stay, but apart from every thing is fine

My stay at ak castle suits was very comfortable. The bhk room was very spacious and well ventilated. I enjoyed the food order service. Overall good experience.

Great location. Good hotel. Have to stay for empire restaurant food mind blowing. Walkable distance from mg rd bridge road
