The stay was good, hospitality was also good. The staff were polite and good to talk. The breakfast buffet was great. But the toilet and sink area was a little mess. The water kept dripping from the sink.

Pathway carpets are smelling the bed sheets are very old and it’s expensive somehow the breakfast is ok

Location deep inside somewhere. Be vary on reading maps. Everything is a maze locating. Coffee shop dining area. Wedding and a party happening is chaotic at this vertical structure including parking in the basement. All facilities available needs effective planning and execution. F&b. Good menu. Taste but takes lot of time ordering a drink. Ritualistic delay caught up in system. Avoidable place if there are events like wedding happening. Uber etc easily available. This place is amid-st a maze in a concrete jungle. Facilities exist and works well. Staff polite and hard working.

Stay was excellent. The front desk staff was very cordial and did the seamless check in. Room was pretty clean and comfortable. The breakfast spread was outstanding with indian and continental delicacies. Overall we were very happy and glad that we booked through makemytrip. Thanks.

Great experience staying in aloft whitefield. Dot yum, splash and gym are good. Gym equipments can be well maintained. Bathrooms in the room can be little improved in the overall size.

I had a comfortable stay at hotel aloft. The room was neat and clean, providing a cozy environment to relax. The staff were incredibly polite and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests. Overall, a pleasant experience, and i would recommend it to others looking for a hassle-free stay.

Even though i'm a regular customer but this time it's horrible. Lost privacy after delivering lunch in room they were forcing for immediate payment

My stay with aloft whitefield was excellent and amazing. The property, amenities, service all were beyond my expectations. Puja, sunanda, pynshem, santosh really were kind and warm and took care of my stay very well

First I whold like to thanks Aloft for maintaining highgenie rooms. Very polite receptionist so customer can get good confort zone. Am really Happy to stay Aloft in any of my vacations n trips with family.

Aloft whitefield’s staffs are really very welcoming and helpful! very strategic location. Also good amenities such as large swimming pool, gym, spa, snooker, table tennis, restaurant and many more ! i remember during breakfast their staffs such as akram, will come and ask you and serve you even though it’s buffet breakfast. I really liked their hospitality right from people at reception to house keeping and restaurant.

We were very happy during our stay in the hotel. We came in the whitefield area and the location of the hotel for us was very convenient. The staff at the reception welcomed us was fantastic. We got very warm welcome, with welcome drink and putting color on our forehead. We really appreciate the welcome teams hospitality. Nice break fast and everything was fine.

Definitely not what one would expect from a marriott hotel. It's more like a motel and needs a major renovation. The tv remote wasn't working so i had to move rooms. I booked a king bed and since i had to move, the staff told me that they only have twin beds room right now and can shift me to king room the after but they never followed up on this. Also they have really old key cards lock system which never opens in the first try. Even the hotel staff had to use the master key a few times to open the door. Also, they only have a small breakfast spread. Plus, i had to wait for 25 minutes for a parantha. Decided to skip the hotel breakfast for remaining days. Overall, would not recommend at all!

Bed mattress quality needs to be improved, bed sheets were crumpled looked like used one. Roller curtains do not cover entire windows where as i prefer complete darkness
