It’s not all a clean place. Towels were torn. A/c not working. Had to change the room. Smelling. Wouldn’t recommend

Needs renovation of hotel

The toilet is in bad condition and needs improvement, the taps are old and difficult to operate, needs proper cleaning. Lights in toilet is poor. Chappal to be provided as the room was too cold and floor cold.

Staff were very polite and accommodating buffet breakfast was good guests who come to visit should be allowed into rooms or to be provided with separate place/lobby

Location is near airport and next to main road. It's peaceful. Room was spacious and neat. They also allowed me checkin couple of hours early. Breakfast had variety but taste was average

This was our second stay at arena hotel. It’s near to bengaluru airport, especially good after an early morning arrival. Staff were available and took care of our initial needs. We really appreciate the staff here - they’re friendly, accommodating and willing to take care of our every need. The room was spacious, clean enough although the ac was a little noisy. Over all we were very happy and well ok return here whenever we arrive in bengalaru. A big thanks to the excellent staff.

My wife & I stayed for two nights on 21 June 2024 in Room 1005 at Arna Hotel before flying via HKG to YVR. The room was well-appointed & clean, staff was courteous & helpful, & the shower was excellent. The room was biggest size I’ve seen at this price-point, with plenty of space to reorganize luggage for international travel. Subhransu, Head of Food Service, supplied an excellent dinner before flight, Vijay, Head of Housekeeping, & Sunil (on desk) were also extremely kind & helpful. Best stay at this price I’ve experienced, highly recommended. (KBC) 🙏

We were on the way to Coonoor from nandyal, we booked for a night stay here to proceed to coonoor next morning, the location is convenient, the rooms are spacious and well maintained, the staff are decent. The parking is also good, the food is average
