I checked in on the 8th dc for one night and the ac was not working at all. Complained few times and the room service could not rectify it. He said the maintenance team did it in the noon again showing complaint. At last they gave me a pedestral fan. It was a horrible night as the room doesn't have an option for ventilation.

The quality of breakfast was very average. No room cleaning. In the 4 days i stayed they didn’t provide me with drinking water on 2, despite me asking for it on the reception

Services were poor in the way that they wasted our time in the checkout by charging unnecessary charges that were paid before. Similary, this is not for the staff but the hogel policy ! We have booked 7-8 rooms for a week , we should have been allowed at least one guest right …. That’s not welcoming at all. Even if I didn’t stay in my room, another person is still not allowed.

Sparkling clean: the rooms were impeccably clean and fresh, a breath of fresh air after a long journey. Perfectly equipped: every amenity listed was present and accounted for, ensuring i had everything i needed. Warm hospitality: the hotel staff was incredibly hospitable and friendly, going above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Seamless service: all the services i requested were executed flawlessly, exceeding my expectations. From wifi, room service, morning buffet to laundry. Only drawback would be it could have better water pressure and better showerhead

The hotel is very average for the price you pay. The bathroom is rather small. The menu card scanner does not work.

Rooms and cleanliness is good. Food preparation wasn’t that good. Schezwan noodles and schezwan lollipop wasn’t loaded with schezwan and also schezwan sauce wasn’t given aside.

Great experience. I by mistake booked twin bed, they upgraded to double bed, i would have been happier if they could have given front view room. Besides food was good. Courteous staff.

It was a good stay. The cleanliness and hygiene maintained was perfect. Food in the breakfast buffet had variety and quality was bit of an issue.

It was walking distance for our office, the hotel is surrounded by pubs, restaurants, local eateries. Room is decent for a business travel, food was below my expectation, amenities is basic.
