Defective tv installed in room no. 214. Inspite of complaint tv was not workable. So i could not see any news. Food ok

Rooms are small and not as shown in the photos there was cigarette and alcohol smell in the room no proper ventilation so had to vacate same day itself.

Got to know about this property by word of mouth from one of my friend and the place is real good. The service is really good and the staff is also very cooperative the rooms are also good and spacious.

Service was good but still needs improvement. Better check-in and check-out timings can also be added. Rooms were cosy and well maintained. Breakfast provided also tasted good.

Toiletries were not provided on day 2 and 3 which every hotel does. Only one towel provided every day. No hot water on day 2 and 3. No coffee mugs for having tea or coffee in the room. No slippers and bathrobe. Price is not justified.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at and i must say it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The hotel is conveniently located in making it easy to explore the surrounding area. From the moment i arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, providing a perfect night's sleep after a long day of sightseeing.

Toilet was very rubbish. Urine smel was l always pres-en in room. Main gate lock, bath room lock was faulty
