Beds are not clean as expected. Service is very poor. Even for drinking water we have to ask. No compliments. I have booked for 2. 00am on 9-2-23 upto 12 pm on 10-2-23. I have paid full booking amount while booking. They were not aware of my booking while check in at 8. 20 am on 9 th. They were asking for pure check in charges. When you will give the discount. Can you refund the discount amount. Just asking our feedback. Doing nothing. I checked out how much discount you give. ?

A it's really the worst choice of choosing this hotel for a stay

No room service once i entered the room full cigarette smell. No clean bathroom also when i went with make my trip booking they said the booking is cancel-led

Ac didn't work, they not even changed room also after paying full amount also we need to pay advance of 500

Ac not working no backup if such normal things nit able to give by hotel so how we book thru make my trip as you have no accountability.
