I recently stayed at for 4 days, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The room was clean and spacious, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. However, the room service could use some improvement. A few staff, especially the receptionist lady and others were arrogant and unresponsive, there were delays in fulfilling requests. With an attention this area, the hotel would offer an even more seamless experience. Despite this, i would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-maintained place to stay! avoid ordering food for a hassle free experience.

Stay was good and hygiene, room was breathable but only one we faced is frequently power cut. Remaining all quite good.

After we reached at there, they told us the property has sold out. Such a worst experience with that hotel.

The hotel itself is very nice. It's a new building, and very clean. Just before me, 2 guys were there to check-in, and the lady was not welcoming at all. I knew there was a problem. No one was there to help with the bags, etc. She told me, you cannot bring outside food, and only order from inside. The room itself was clean. However, no internet, so no tv. The a/c worked till 10. 30 and after that it doesn't work. Looks like they have the controls down somewhere. No water bottles given. In the bathroom, hot water doesn't come. There were tiny insects moving about in the bathroom. A washing machine draining pipe size hole was in the gutter sieve. Through that the insects keep coming. The internal phone to the reception didn't work. Each time, i needed something, i had to go down. Overall, location is good. Right next to the hennur police station. But their attitude needs a massive uplift. That evening one guy was there, he was also very unresponsive. Hotels are hospitality industry. Can't afford to have such lousy people with such attitude.

Water is not included in the charges. You have to pay extra. Flush was not working. Staff said don’t book on mmt then why are you posting on mmt. Weird place!

asked for additional money, I have booked for 3 Person including my son. they allocated small room with a double bed only. for that they asked for additional money. i have requested for extra bed its also additional. there is no towel and essentials provided. worst experience for 3 days.

Very bad experience.we have booked a room for 3 adults and after travelling for 400+ kms we were quite exhausted. So when we arrived at front desk for check in , the guy at fromt desk acted like they haven’t received any money since we booked c take extra money from us . So somehow we entered our room which was for only 2 adults and when asked for 3 adults bedroom he was like “ in this building only such bedrooms are available “ so when asked for atleast an extra bed to sleep in ground he was asking for extra money for that too… so somehow we enterred room after arguing with him at 11 pm . So later room lock wasn’t working. Morning we had to pray , no water was there in tank when asked he said some motor problems. So it was very worst experience we had . So please avoid booking

Of our total of 7 days of stays it was a horrible experience 1. No complimentary bottle was provides. 2. Door access card of room was not at all working. Whenever we come back, we will have to rush to reception for door access card. 3. With in 10 minutes of rain, rain water leakage happened in room because of which our company laptop, charger got affected. 4. Bathroom flush was running whole night, bcz of which sleep was disturbed. 5. Rude behavior of a receptionist when we complaint. 6. We changed room thrice, in all room some or other issues were there. 7. Laundry was not provided on time. For towels, soap have to wait for an hour. Also, towels and bedsheets are not clean.

I was totally unhappy with the stay in hotel manu. They have the worst service. The rooms were not given on time, they were very harsh and made us to wait for hours before checkin and ac was not working and when called for service they had a very rude and did not change the room for 2 hours. I would request makemytrip to not list this hotel. It's not at all worth a stay

It's a budget friendly hotel. Rooms and bathroom were clean. Ac was working fine during my stay. Location is easy to find. They should improve on their food quality as it's was below average. I was happy with overall stay here.
