The washroom door was broken. Moreover the receptionist was so rude and arrogant. Charged us 250 rs extra saying it as tariff kindly look into this matter.

While check-in, they charge extra from the booking amount. They give reasons aggregators take a cut and its not passed to hotel owners. Receptionists was aggressive while talking
