After my guest checked out, a guy from the hotel called me at 6:30 am in the morning for asking extra money for a kid whereas my booking voucher mentioned about the kids’ stay.

Had a wonderful stay. Staff hospitality was exceptional. Akash at Security was very helpful. They have a designated seperate parking area for Vehicles. Good service at reception, Housekeeping and Restaurant. Food was good in quality. Pricing of food and beverage is not competitive with surrounding restaurant. That would help to improve inhouse dinning. All in all great work.

The water facility in the washroom was very badly managed by the hotel. The water pressure was either too low to have a shower, or alternatively, the water never came. The heater never worked, or we wonder whether they had heater.

Excellent and fabulous place in prime location with scenic beauty for occasion let it be official, semi official, domestic, personal. You will love it. Only issue is traffic congestion while reaching and leaving the place Very Nice stay staff is also helpful overall great service 👍

Clean and hygienic room. Courteous staff. Great location. Restaurant service was good with clean plates and utensils, hygienic room delivery. Taste could be better.

I had stayed year many times before but this time management was careless and they charged drinking water bottle which we are supposed to get it for free. They also charged for towel wash because it had hair color stains. Even it will go away with normal wash they charged amount just for a stain.
