Never go to this hotel for stay.

Worst reception staff ever. Such un-mannered and arrogant staff. They behave as if we have come to staff at their property for free. I didnt expect this from a itc chain. A lot of scam happening during the billing as well. The bill value is different, they charge a tip during card payment without asking us. They have posted 15% off on fnb everywhere but doesnt put any discount during the fnb bill. Only the taste of food is food.

Firstly, didn’t like the view from the window. Secondly, soap dispenser was empty when i checked in. Thirdly, water clogging in the bathroom. Fourthly, the tissue roll which was kept got wet while taking bath as it was not placed at right place. Overall not a pleasant stay, at the breakfast due to some group booking couldn’t get table on time.

Location is not good it's very congested place in the main junction. Services are not great, bathroom water is too force, i am surprised that did we came for water wash that much pressure in water flow. Hotel is not like itc one it's very local and floors are congested. Glass were not clean it's stained.

The stay was pleasant the staff was very helpful, i had come for work late night. The staff was very courteous to assist me, the rooms were very spacious. I highly recommend this hotel for business stays as it is located centrally. Breakfast was very good. Have a variety of options.
