My son and i gokulam every year during the holidays mainly tp visit friends and family. Very conveniently located, with privacy and security to make it a home away from home for us. The staff are polite, efficient and helpful. There's always a great spread at breakfast. It's a busy hotel, but still peaceful! housekeeping again is very efficient and helpful. I'd particularly like to mention mohini in housekeeping, who was always so prompt and gracious with our requests, with a willing smile! it was her first job, barely 4 months into it, but she made a big difference to our pleasant stay at the hotel! thank you to all for a great stay yet again!

Really good atmosphere and the food selection is really nice. The staff greeted with a nice smile. The rooms were well maintained and nice vibe.

Decent stay. Good food

It is place i always recommend for my friends and corporate requirements. Food options are great. Staff are little slow but kind and attentive. Rooms are in classic style, i don't complain much.

Terrible Stay

Very disappointed with mmt and its service had to wait at the hotel for 4 hours and they still denied check-in because of something mmt did and they didn’t have the courtesy to fix it

Poor Stay

Ourselves were definitely not happy with the services and allotment process. I requested for early check-in at 6 am as i was visiting with kids but the room was given at 11 am. And also for a small kid they asked extra charges of rs. 1500. And shortage of staff at hotel as receptionist itself should get up for luggage services. Also rooms too were not upto the mark as should be in 5 star hotels. Overall my experience with family was bad.

Good clean hotel and excellent service. Nice staff. Rooms are quite spacious and comfortable, with bathtub attached. Pool is maintained well. Location wise also very near and approachable to orr from mathikere overall good experience for our 1 day stay.

The stay at gokulam was just comfortable only. This property would have maintained well. Especially bathrooms and room. Food was decent. Expected a better stay as this was a 5 star category hotel.

Location is superb, quiet, breakfast served is sumptuous and well spread, staff are courteous and well behaved, rooms are spacious, well furnished and good ambience. The only problem are the limited tv channels. There are very few and all of them are non hd. It makes no sense having a tv with high definition resolution if the channels provided are non hd only. Could not watch any sports channel. Hope this is taken care of.

Not worth staying in terrace

There is nothing executive about staying in executive terrace room. Pictures of room and balcony posted are deceiving. Paid extra money for this room. Not worth it.

Staff behaviour is not good at restaurant. Unnecessarily stopping us instead of checking out the meal plan. And service is also the worst. When we asked something it's too late. Some times i needed to tell 2-3 staff members.
