The hotel stay was good, but usually when i book taj, raddison via mm t, after checking out, i get a gst invoice which i need to use for reimbursement, this hotel is not giving it to me, i would need your help in this

The staff is very cordial and cooperative. One night i reached the hotel past midnight. The kitchen was closed, still they provided me the dinner on my request.

Very good hotel, efficient staff. The food is also good. Front office, especially is good. The watch and ward staff manning the hotel entrance are also very efficient, attentive, quick in response and very alert.

Terrible Stay

Rooms were not clean, mats and sofa had food leftovers spilled. There was no water supply in the washroom for almost 6-7 hours. No proper resolution was promised and every time we asked for updates on water, vague responses were provided. Also, food quality of the 24*7 menu is poor
