The room was cleaned and hygienically maintained. Room service was avg. The room was too small. Telephone extension was not working. I spent 2 days there. Most of the time i found lift under maintenance. Even on check out time when i had to take out all the material from the 3rd floor of hotel. Also found a little bit of a management issue. The staff was cooperative. Food was tasty.

Poor geesback poor feedback. Please refund my money.

Very good stay the only thing was the bad was bit hard as it had springs coming out because of the mattress being upside down i guess

Our whole experience staying at grand regency, rajajinagar is very good. Mr satish, manager is very cooperative and helping. All staff is helpful. I really wanted to mention about mr. Satish as he helped me in our early check in. At the check in date, we reached hotel early in the morning around 7 am so we totally as 4 family members including my granddaughter wanted to get fresh n up as we came from long route journey of 12 hours so totally got exhausted and wanted to get rest for a while. He came to us and very politely listened to all our things which he felt absolutely true to situation. Then he helped with giving dressing room to keep our luggage for a while and asked to use common washroom till then he checked with room availability and within an hour we got a room around 10 am. He didn't asked about any extra charges as he felt like to really help with true heart. This is the sign of true hospitality and best example of front office duties. So i would really suggest to once visit this property and have a great stay! best wishes to all staffs!

had a pleasant stay at grand regency...clean rooms, nice food...had booked 7 rooms ...one of the guest experienced delay in extra bed facility. overall good experience 👍🏼

Hi i like would say about my worst experience had in the of grand regency rajajinagar. 1. Washroom door lock is in broken condition it’s not get lock properly. 2. Washroom rooftop plaster of par-is are got cracked at everywhere, we don’t know at what it will fall down at us. 3. As well they not offered the dental kit as complement. 4. Curtains are in very dusty condition due to entire night i was sneezing. Final point is my stay is equal to local lodge stay only.

Lady receptionist was very rude on arrival. They didn't provide the wifi code. No shaving/tooth brush kit. Bf was average. No restaurant in hotel. Bar given on contract, refused to accept billing to room. Boys on reception were helpful. Room service staff very cooperative. Cleanliness epic. Bathroom good.
