The room was dirty and very smelly. No toiletries were provided and the exhaust of the washroom was not working. I had a very bad experience staying in this hotel.

The ac was not working well and at night there was no hot water. They didn't give any buckets, mug and soaps

No neat and clean room, in 3 hours changed 3 rooms, first room with broken window and uncleaned washrooms, then changed to another room where ac was not working. Finally third room, somehow managed 3 nights. All accessories including towels was useless. No proper toiletry item was available. Owners are interested in couple accomodation on hourly basis

Hotel ia nice for stay. Food is good. Parking facility is available. Nice loby with a 300kg lion in front of looby.

Location of the hotel was brilliant. On the main road and very close by to the metro (not walkable distance) and other things. Zepto, blink-it and cab/auto services were available. Food was alright and affordable but many options on the menu weren't available. Did not like the tv. It had cable. Not beneficial for interstate travellers who might not know the language here. The other hotels of this kind usually have smart tvs, makes things much better. Also the tv remotes didn't have battery it was such a hassle. But there was a mini fridge, a comfortable one seater sofa and another 2 seater couch in the room. They also provided with a revolving chair to work on for office workers but the chairs condition was bad.

Good location, rooms are not well kept. Have seen cockroachs in room and bathroom. Food is good though, but looking at room condition i'm sure their kitchen is bug basket.

First i would like to complement the food and the quality is very good, second i was staying in a superior room as a family of 3 adults and i waited for one hour for an extra mattress they provided until i went down to the reception the third power cut there was no back power when we got ready for the wedding in the dark and even at night till 1 o' clock we couldn't sleep. I regret using makemytrip to book such a non-functional hotel. I will never recommend this property to anyone. If you need more details email me

Decent for a business trip. Parking is not available, currently parking in the nearby open space. Rooms and bathrooms are clean. Ac did not work in my room and i had to change. Service is good. Very near to hebbal flyover.

Nothing particularly noteworthy about this property, and there isn't anything to provide positive feedback about. The cleanliness of the toilets needs improvement. Location: The hotel is situated right beside a busy road, so expect to hear car and bus noises as well as horn honking. Hotel facilities: No toiletries 😔 Check-in/check-out: The check-in and check-out processes were smooth. But the front desk staff need to learn how to friendly to customers by smiling or greeting Surroundings: Need walk 500M for shops and it's very close to the highway so hard get taxi or auto on the street only can book uber or ola

The tv did not work. In similar price we should pool and some open area. It's closed building. But rooms are good and spacious for 2k-

1. Staff are all ok but one person is there he is very good. 2. ⁠they don’t have laundry service in hotel and they are outsourcing it and it is lot of time. 3. ⁠I have to 3 rooms for their inconveniences. 4. ⁠WiFi will not work in your room in some places
