My recent stay at hilt-on was excellent. The staff was professional and attentive, particularly during check-in. The room was spotless and well-appointed, with comfortable bedding and modern amenities. The location was convenient, and the breakfast buffet offered a great selection of fresh options. Would definitely recommend it for business or leisure travel.

this hotel dosent have an swimming pool, they use the pool of their own sister property… there is no/ private access to the pool , rather you will have to walk through the lobby with wet cloths, which is really uncomfortable

Great property, construction around it mars the experience a bit!

The property itself was really good, spacious, clean, what you would expect from a 5 star property. The construction around the property was very inconvenient. Uber did you allow you to set hilt-on as a pick-up point, so you'd have to walk out to the dusty, crowded street in front, which was quite inconvenient if you have luggage. Fortunately, after some effort and coaxing, we were able to get one uber taxi to come inside the property and pick us up after we had checked out and had our luggage with us. The rooms were excellent, however, there was a strange banging noise one night which kept me awake for a bit. Although i had requested and allowed a 2 hour extension to the checkout time, the door keys stopped working exactly at noon! i think this auto expiry should be removed as it is quite inconvenient to guests, you are forcibly throwing them out at noon which is disrespectful and draconian!
