All are good but location of the property was wrong established this is not fare given location and hotel location completely wrong so make correction bcz in the traffic is horrible to reach

1) room are not well maintained. 2) bath towel second given on request( even after double occupancy room was booked) 3) floor carpet and bathroom flooring not clean 4) car parking pass should be made available once the room is booked. Since this is mall customer need to take approval from car parking supervisor. Should be done by hotel management

Very bad front desk behaviour. Had to face humiliation from the manager with line "i have worked at multiple properties" denying my request

I was running fever and yet was asked to wait for over 1 hour and then charged extra. Such a pathetic experience, never patronize this hotel.

It was a fantastic stay. Security was top notch, just the go to if you have to stay in that area. Ideal for solo woman travellers. Room size was compact for a junior suite room but on the whole an excellent stay. Breakfast spread was great too with both indian and continental choices.

The experience was disappointing. The dinner buffet was just average, and though breakfast was included in the room rate, they have been repeating the same menu for the past 12 days. Despite numerous calls to reception for dry cleaning, no one was sent, and even after several reminders, there has been no response. If you're interested in understanding customer service dynamics in the hospitality industry, i recommend looking into research on customer satisfaction and retention strategies. It could provide deeper insights into how hotels can improve guest experiences.

The google map link for reaching the property takes you to another property of theirs in whitefield. This wasted a lot of my time in travel-ling to & fro since i was told that the booking is not in whitefield but omr (both belonging to holiday inn) but it’s approx 45 mins driving distance between both. Overall stay was good but check the location & address twice before booking. They have very limited options for in-room dining also. Overall rooms pretty standard & comfortable stay.

Amazing stay, nice & clean room with all amenities along with great spread for breakfast as well. Very conveniently located just inside the mall with good options of eateries and shops.
