The hotel is understaffed. We reached at night and the only guy at the reception had no courtesy to haul the luggage to the 3rd floor where he gave us the room. There is no lift, no bath/toilet accessories like toilet paper or hand wash soap. But i guess i should not have expected this for the price of the room.

Worst experience as we booked for ac rooms and they gave only non ac rooms. Rooms didn’t have any facilities, they didn’t keep towels, toiletries

Basic amenities like soap, towel and shampoo were not provided. The closet in the toilet was leaking when informed in the reception they never took any action. Food and room cleanliness were decent enough. Room is recommended for bachelors only as there is a bar inside. Overall experience was average. Hotel stay is recommended only for bachelors

We wanted to stay near airport. So we searched stay near airport and we could see it was only 3 km from airport. But in reality it's 20 km far from airport. Also it's difficult to get a cab from there. There is one resturant of the hotel. Food was good. Now coming to the hotel. Service is very bad, you need to ask again and again for basic amenities like towel, soap, shampoo. Service is very bad. Please do not visit this hotel.

I stayed here for 2 days. On 1st day on arrival he said to me that rooms are not available and gave me a room which was okay and not like showed in photographs. On day 2 he gave me a good room where ambience was awesome. Food is bit costly in restaurants and no morning tea/breakfast is available in this hotel.

The hotel had local bar down and people were fighting all the time from eve until l night, women staying in the hotel was scared due the scenes. Not suggested for couples, family, and single women travellers.

When we asked, the hotel manager provided towels and soap will be provided in the morning but when we asked in the morning he told us that soap is not in stock and we are forced to have a bath without soap, the dining area room will be open after 12am. So ridiculous
