The city centuar hotel does not keep the hotel clean, has a lot of cockroaches, dirty bathrooms some of which does not have showers

Stay was okay. But have to improve maintenance and cleanliness. I say the rooms were moderate and good for one night stay for any interview or transit.

We booked a non ac suit for 4 people. The hotel is located close to majestic bus stand and sbc railway station. The hotel infrastructure is a very old one and many parts are under renovation. The check in was ok. Receptionist was polite. Room was spacious but not very well maintained. Bath room was not very clean. Wifi was not working. We didn't use the restaurant so cannot comment about the food. We got the room for a comparatively cheaper price, so for that price stay was ok. If you are a bachelor and looking for stay a night or two in the city, this hotel is ok.

There is no proper mat outside the bathroom door also hot water is not coming they doesn't give any bath towel in night it was bad experience to me

The only plus point of this hotel is its prime location in majestic close to the railway station. The hotel offers very limited options for breakfast. The rooms are not maintained properly and cleanliness is absent. I found my bed full of hairs indicating the bed hadn't been dusted properly nor the linen changed. The hotel does brisk business and needs to up its standards

That room was not even clean. Bathroom was full of fungus, very bad condition. Bathroom had leak. Tv was not working. There had a very. Bad smell while entering each time to the room. For this price the room is very very bad. That bed was also not comfortable. Very hard bed and blankets was also not clean. Even that towel they gave had some marks like kajal and look like used by others and not cleaned. Overall a bad experience

There were a lot of flies and mosquitos in the waiting room and there were no wifi facilities and plus the breakfast which was served had no hygiene facilities mosquitos were there also plus the bathroom was too smelly, tv was not working etc. Had very terrible experience
