I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent booking of hotel mlc. Based on the ratings and pictures provided, i selected this property with the expectation of a decent stay. However, my experience was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, i discovered the hotel was in a deplorable condition. The bathroom window was broken, the mats were dirty, the toilets were unclean, and the overall state of the property was unfit for any family to stay. Furthermore, there were no other families present at the hotel, which added to the unease. Due to these unacceptable conditions, i decided to check out within a day and booked an alternative accommodation. Despite paying in full for hotel mlc, i have not received any refund for the early checkout. This has been one of the worst experiences. I kindly request an appropriate resolution, including a refund for the unused portion of my booking.

Location is okay. There is no restaurant.
Terrible night. One of the staff in the hotel drunk and came to my room night 1 Am and was keep ringing calling bell. I was informed this to the reception and the guy did not taken any action. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
