The rooms are very nice, so is the room service. The staff is very polite and helpful. The morning breakfast on terrace is the most delicious meal i enjoyed every morning. The location is also perfect! great hotel to stay.

Worst service never ever seen. Receptionist is not responding properly and behaviour. Room is worst condition, smelling, bathroom not cleaning, tv no working, no wifi, bathroom towel unhygienic. Please refer this kind of worst service hotel.

Check in and check out was smooth. No problem with the water facility. Embassy golf links business park is walkable distance. Lots of food restaurants and other shopping options are nearby. Indiranagar metro station is just 2 to 3 km away. Rapido bike taxis can be used for commuting after installing that app. The location of this place is in domlur.

Sheets were dirty, room was smelly. Sheets were old and yellowish. The staff was good and supportive though. But the housekeeping can be better

1. There were bed bugs. 2. Few mosquitos 3. Ac was not working properly. 4. No towels were there. 5. Bathroom door was broken however they asked to manage and we accepted due to 6th. 6. Someone else booked on same booking. At least they explained this.
