Staff is good. Decent rooms. Hotel is very near to railway station, bus stand. Zno restaurant facility. However nearby lot of good restaurants available.

Actually the room i booked was very nice which had a balcony in it. It was very good experience since the staff was good and provided me with wifi also.

The bus was clean and neat with pleasant smelling. Moreover the driver was gentle and polite and good in handling passengers and the stop for food also good and comfort moreover it was a happy journey to me.

Booked single bed non a/c room in october. Right infront of majestic bus stand that's why noisy till late night. At walking distance from the majestic metro station. Clean room, bathroom. Friendly staff. Affordable price.

Very bad room given us prashanth hotel. Money value very very poor. We lost our money. Very bad experience we felt there. If i can post room photos here, i would send.

Never Never set foot in this Hotel. I repeat. Pay an additional 500 Rs but yeah, get a good hotel. What shall I even start with? Worst ever receptionist with no politeness and full of attitude as well. The telephone kept in room Is just for show 😂 literally it doesn't work. Rooms are full of cockroaches(just turn off the lights and see the fun) and the floor is dirty. The blanket is so dusty as heck. On my first night after waking up I got a bad cough and nasal irritation due to dust. No drinking water and toiletries are given. I asked them to provide drinking water and they provided a bleach smelling tap water in a disposable bottle. Literally drinking water is a basic necessity which is not given here

The staff members were helpful. The doors were not closing properly. So felt insecurity. The lights were not working. Very old property. The door from the balcony also got opened even after closing

The overall ambience of the hotel was good, all the staff were kind and sorted out any troubles, bathroom cleanliness was top notch. One small suggestion: spray insecticides in rooms and hall ways.
