The receptionist took 100 rs from us at the time of checkout! by stating that we broke their water bottle ( which we haven't. He told us that - "when we left for our office, the room cleaning staff came to clean the room and found the broken bottle ", and that's a lie, because we've kept the bottle safely over there more on - there's much rush at the time of dinner, you'll have to wait more than 30 minutes and about the service i asked them for scissor and nail cutter, they told me it's out of stock, when i asked them for cloth hanger, there response was the same, that right now its not in stock!

A good budget hotel for business travelers.

Very convenient location. Clean, pleasant rooms with sufficient space. Courteous, polite, prompt staff. Good free breakfast & a good canteen for other meals. Ac works well. But the standard room can have a table and a chair, needed for a business traveler. Heating of the water in the bathroom needs to be faster. But overall a a good value for money hotel for business travelers.

There is inadequate power backup. When the electricity goes out, the ac stops working, and they also didn’t provide a hand towel until two days later. Additionally, the fan isn’t working properly.

The stay was really good. Rooms were neat and clean. Room service was not okay. Staff are really polite. I have been there for 8 days the break fast some days it was fine somedays it was not good. There is a restaurant at the hotel and that was really good. Good food with reasonable price. Hotel ambiance is really good. Evening time there are good views. Good parking. Open to work facilities also. As there is zolo stays in the hotel don’t feel that we are as guests.

The best portion is the open space at cafe side, which has excellent arrangements of lights and sitting. The worst portion is the bathroom, which is too small to adjust. Overall a place for good stay.

I recently booked a *standard room* , but upon arrival, the hotel said it wasn’t available and gave me a *deluxe room* instead. The difference between the rooms was minor, and i faced issues with the *tv, *internet, and *room size. However, the staff were very polite and helpful.

1. There was no cotton bath towels available, they are going polyester bath towels, which is very irritating while using. 2. Only 2 breakfast options available. 3. They forget to keep tea coffee schet in room. 4. They change pillow covers and bedsheet after 2days not regularly.

Food - there is a rooftop cafeteria at the same floor with reasonable prices, the view is very nice. Location - this is the only part i am not satisfied with, location is not that great, a bit far from main road. Amenities - everything available except bucket

Nice clean property very suitable for parents whose children are studying in zolo triloha co living. Or people who want to stay for business in bellandur. The tereace part is awesome. Restaurant there is ok. Accessibility is a little problematic during rains as cabs refuse to come and traffic is worst.

For the first time we have a decent affordable hotel in this location. I did eat in the canteen so cannot comment on food. The room is very neat. The carpet can use a little more cleaning but the beds were very neatly done when i returned everyday. I stayed for 4 nights and i really enjoyed the stay. Wifi was good and i could catch up on work really well. Smart tv made it really easy to relax. There is even a small refrigerator in the room which is thoughtful. Room had a kettle and supplies to make coffee or tea which i liked. Bathroom had body wash and shampoo - very thoughtful of them. The sheets and towels were of good quality. They gave drinking water on refillable bottles - again very thoughtful of them to save the environment and avoid plastic bottles. The mosquito net in the windows made it easy to enjoy the weather by turning off the air conditioner and enjoy the open windows. The parking is ample and awesome - another very good plus about this property. Overall a very good stay and very friendly staff. Kudos to the management.

Very poor experience in room 559. The split AC made so much noise that it had to be kept switched off. There was no hot water in the shower. Tjey charged 600 extra for the breakfast but when i went at 9.20 am for Breakfast, all i found was empry bowls with no refills, dirty breakfast plates that no one cleared, nothing to eat and a half empty tea flask. When i asked the attendant to for something to eat, he vanished for the next 20 mins. Multiple guests like me suffered the same fate Overall, moral of the stay: never stay here again 🙁
