This is the fourth time i'm staying in this hotel. Their complimentary breakfast is excellent. And the staff service is also good and very quick. Location of the hotel is excellent you have access to all the malls and metro. The room was impeccably clean. They had provided with all the amenities. Ac was in good condition. And bathroom was very clean. Thank you for the pleasant stay

Sure. I had a disappointing experience with room service during my stay. I ordered food, and after waiting for 45 minutes, i called to check on the status. It turns out, my order had been forgotten. While the staff was apologetic and quick to address the issue, i had to wait an additional 15 minutes before receiving my meal. The delay was frustrating, and the overall service fell short of expectations. For a hotel that aims to provide a seamless experience, this was a letdown. Hopefully, they can improve their attention to detail and timeliness in the future.

As always good location great hospitality my 4th stay from last 14 months awesome food. Always liked the smoothly check in and check out process, courteous staff and proximity to important places makes ivy sanctum a great place to stay

Good location and comfortable room. Worth of money. Staff behaviour was good. Toilet was clean but to be maintained water supply.

The property is well located near to the majestic city railway station. Breakfast buffet is sumptuous. The biggest disadvantage is the room and overall service.

I recently stayed at I V Sanctum in Bangalore, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The room quality was impressive – spacious, modern, and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, and the linens were fresh and clean, which made for a relaxing night's sleep after long days of exploring the city.

Iv sanctum stay was overall very good. Room was clean and well kept. Tv was sound. Food (breakfast) was excellent. Reception was proactive and quick. I will recommend it to my friends.

Had a pleasant 3 night stay. Rooms are neat and clean and room service is good too. Food ordered from kitchen is tasty albeit a big pricy. There are plenty of cheaper options outside on the lane. Location is prime too.
