Not worth the money

The bathroom amenities were never refilled and the reception staff had a very bad attitude. The food quality also needs to be improved

Had to call the reception 3 times over 20 minutes for a comb this morning !!! Not sensitive enuf for a hotel near airport…

The room was comfortable and nice place for stay. Location of the property was good and have connectivity to metro station at 1. 5 kms. Food taste could be little improved. Otherwise on whole it's a good place for stay

The lighting in the room was inadequate. Some of the washroom lights were not working. There were limited toiletries available in the washroom.

I would say, the overall experience was good. The property needs to concentrate on the room services desk, they didn’t seemed friendly and their responses were not helpful. But, the reception desk was good. Apart from this, during any event at the premises, they should take care that their other guests stay unbothered.

It's a small but neatly maintained property. The breakfast buffet has good and tasty options. Room service is prompt and helpful. We stayed on the 4th floor, which has a convention hall, so there was late night sounds of people and movement. During times of functions lift access becomes difficult. Would overall rate as a good value stay. Mr deepak at the restaurent was very helpful.
