Very comfortable stay in bellandur, bangalore. Breakfast options are good. I went for a corporate assignment and i needed the hotel for sleeping which was good.

The room service is not good. The breakfast and rooms are good. One can walk inside the compound, nice lobby. Adjacent to the hotel is a pub with nice ambience

Poor rooms, no pleasing staff

No soundproofing of rooms. All road noise and partying in the next building clearly heard in my room, so couldn't sleep at all. Pillows were uncomfortable. All staff (except one in restaurant) were always looking serious. No pleasing replies to any queries. Only saving grace was ms. Neinu at the restaurant who took care of all guests very well. Transport desk doesn't work on sundays, so no help in getting cab to travel to station early morning. Bathroom was clean, toiletries were provided. Hot water was available.

Good hotel for a quick business stay! however the amenities has to be improved. The toilet flushes were not working as expected. Toiletries were missing we had to ask everything. Food spread is good but taste can be improved.
