Good hotel is peaceful location. Close to the office sez location on marathalli outer ring road. Rooms are spacious and staff is helpful. Breakfast options are good. Overall a good experience

The room smelled weird when i stepped in, but they got in an air freshener for it. Room was decent, i did not have any food so no comments on that. The staff sometimes seemed so busy, they were not available to do simple stuff like deliver a cutlery upstairs. I was not even able to place an order for breakfast because they could not connect with the kitchen.

Room was with cockroach/beds are not comfortable/by mistake i booked a twin bed room/requested to change the room but the staff were not helpful and didnt changed.

Lift is not working properly. It does not stop on the floor when u press from our side. Inside selection gets high priority and it didn't open in our floor

Never again! i was told that i will have to pay for drinking water beyond 1 litre/day. I told them that i do not require bottled water and they can serve me regular water, but the fellow at the reception insisted on paying for the bottled water and said that they do not have regular water supply. After insisting on asking for regular drinking water, he provided a bottle of regular drinking water. The water was not fit for human consumption and it tastes and felt very bad. I returned that bottle of water and told them that i will be writing a negative review for the hotel. Surprisingly, the fellow at the reception didn't care much about it and said that we will do what the management has ordered us to do. I will never recommend staying at this hotel.

Compact room

Very short bathroom, compact room. Berk fst options are very less even though they give it as unlimited. You don't get much options there routine kind of thing and also for egg items you have to wait longer time as they won't start at mentioned time, we have to ask them couple of times.

Very poor service, laundry boy gave an ETA of 2 days but returned after 4 days with got me delayed to office.. no proper response from reception. Worst service.

Yes i just wanted to highlight here. We have reached the hotel around 6 am and the check-in time is 11 am, but the executive which and we have asked for early check-in which she didn’t allow, we are ready to pay extra as well, but she’s not accepting and we have waited at reception till 12 pm. The way she is behaving that cannot be accepted.
