Was. Expensive, stay hours are cut off, no hot water in bathroom, no break fast neither kettle for making tea or coffe

Location is prime, my expectation after seeing the photos was different but it was not at par & hence not at all matching with the pricing. Recommend you to change the photos as per reality. I booked suite room for 3 nights but stayed for only 1 night & canceled 2 nights because of this, but the staffs and management were good - they approved my refund with out any hesitation. Thank you for a seamless transaction. I really appreciate it.

"My stay at Justa Hotel MG Road, Bangalore was simply outstanding! The rooms were elegantly furnished, and impeccably clean, providing a comfortable haven after a busy day. Inside there were tons of amenities such as toiletries, mini fridge, tv, and spacious cupboards. Safety and hygiene measures were prominently displayed and strictly followed throughout the hotel, ensuring a worry-free stay. The staff at Justa Hotel MG Road were incredibly courteous, attentive, and went above and beyond to cater to every need. The food served at the hotel's restaurant was delectable, offering a diverse range of options to suit every taste palate. Overall, my experience at Justa Hotel MG Road, Bangalore was nothing short of exceptional. I highly commend the management and staff for their commitment to excellence. Room ok air conditioning not ok

Room was good except air conditioning. Temperature was still the same as outdoors even after hours of switching on. I suppose the compressor wasn't working.

Terrible and horrible experience

Very unhygienic hotel with lot of dust and mosquitoes, washroom shower handle issue not slept whole night due to mattress issue. I have never seen this kind of service in a very prime area of benguluru. I have checked out on 24th april 2024 morning due to all these issues without staying for 2nd day hotel and make my trip should refund all money to my company. Hotel should refund all money to company for these 2 days booking.

Hotel is good. Receptionist very helpful. Only nearby not much restaurants for lunch. Considering that hotel should entertain free breakfast. Towels and toiletries to be replenished daily. Minor issues otherwise overall pleasant staying at justamg road. Tks
