I had a very good stay at kadackal farmhouse for two nights. The location is towards rural side yet one can easily connect to nearby towns within a kms radius. The cottage we stayed was good enough for the price, have hotwater and good dining facilities, a tv and a nice living room. You have nearby clinics within 200 m and other amenities. The caretakers were very responsive and kind people. I would fully recommend choosing here if you are looking for an affordable stay. They provide complementary breakfast.

*disappointing experience at the farmhouse* initially, our stay at the farmhouse seemed promising. However, after checking in, the staff asked us to vacate and move to a different room, which highlighted a lack of proper customer service. Many aspects need improvement. There was no menu available, and when we asked for food, the staff took a long time to respond and eventually served us plain dal chawal, only after multiple requests. They didn't verify the room details before allocating it to us. The fries and cutlets we ordered were subpar, and there were no water bottles in the room. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. The host should address these issues to ensure a better stay for future guests.

With multiple huts and rooms available, it's essential to liaise with the property owner to secure your preferred accommodation. The farm is home to adorable pets including turkeys, hens, guinea pigs, and goats, housed in various locations around the property. The staff is incredibly cooperative, enhancing our overall experience. We traveled in our own four-wheeler, and the property provided convenient free parking. It was worst place and experience staying there. Please don't promote this property. There was no one to understand either english or hindi. I am very much disappointed. Wastage of money. We checked out in one day

A home away from home: kadackal farmhouse is easy to reach, yet tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff are friendly and responsive to the felt needs. The amenities are nicely planned and well maintained. Food was fresh and tasty! it would be good to see that the vicinity outside the gate is improved.

It was a blissful experience after ages. The greenery and the farmland made the ambience so peaceful. The kids and my whole group enjoyed the stay. The caretaker and other stuff were very hospitable. The food was amazing and, the stay was cozy. We got everything we needed. For a budget short trip with less crowd i find this place is the best one.

I am comparing my stay a year ago(2022) with the current one(2023- 1. Most of the livestock in the farm has been removed. 2. Greenery has been dissolved and more concrete has been introduced. 3. Crops and plants have either died or dried off. 4. Seems in order to expand business, new cottages are getting introduced and they are replacing the greenery and livestock which actually was the main attraction of the property.

The review is entirely and entirely for the beautiful women and caretaker. The farmstay is work in progress and i am sure they are goto get a good job done. We were disappointed at arrival solely because of the reservation manager who mentioned the information wrong. If you are planning to book the wooden cottage, it's called neelam. We were provided with the normal villa space and we had no choice to go ahead because they had already occupied another couple. We understood that they have a longer stay and were provided with the request they put forward. The food and the safe space provided by the women is exceptionally amazing. It was kerala cuisine and the fish curry is finger licking good! solly and siji aunty are the most warmest and kindest people there. Chinnamma and lakshmi are just prompt and available at every call.

I booked this property for one night stay for two families. We reached the place around 5 pm. Neither owner nor the caretaker available at the site. After contacting them, they arranged to open the rooms through a local farm lady. She didn't know languages other than malayalam. After talking to the owner, he said he will come back after 5 miss. After waiting for nearly 15 mins, we called him again. But he didn't take our call. We had booked this and paid full of rs. When we checked the rooms. It was stinking badly. No proper coordinator. Zero amenities. We decided to call off our trip and asked cancel our booking and refund our money. After talking to the owner. They apologized and said. Owner declined our request. While talking to the owner, we understood that, he is very arrogant and does not have any concerns for the guests. Finally we decided to leave the place without checking in. It was our mistake to choose such lousy property which is glorified and customers get misguided. I have lost my money. Worth Not an iota of service element here. I advise travellers not to get misguided by the show on the media and don't waste your money.
