Our stay was comfortable. Room was clean. Bed and pillows were good. Bathroom experience was not good. Health faucet lever was broken when we checked in. There was stinking smell from the shower area drain outlet.

Lilac hotel was really a good experience, very clean and spacious rooms, budget friendly. The staff was helpful and courteous. Approachable location in jayanagar. Breakfast was quite standard. Overall was way better than expected.

This is my first time using the mm t app for my travel stay and was pleasantly surprised and delighted with the hassle-free experience. The staff were were extremely courteous and helpful, and all our requests were promptly attended to. Though the food served was limited the quality of the food served was good. Very clean, quiet and peaceful. Location wise it is in a residential area not far away from the main kanakapura road on one side and jayanagar 4th block shopping area on the other, but with no convenience stores nearby. The booking, check in and check out was convenient and hassle free. Had a good experience.

The property is very nice, quiet and location is good. Very near a metro. The hotel chef was kind enough to prepare food we wanted for dinner. The food was good. But it is located in a housing area and more like service appartment. On the whole a nice neat place.
