This time the front office people are too hard. And in room tv was not working even after the request they didn’t not do anything. Room is also not much clean overall this is bad experience

Decent and affordable

One of the better options when you're looking for budget friendly stay in madiwala-silk board areas in bangalore. Stayed here for 4 days and had a decent experience. The room is neat and towels, soap, shampoos, blankets all were provided before hand. Washroom is clean and hygienic with geyser facility 24hrs.

It's good to stay. Restaurants are available near this hotel's silent room. Smells good in room and cleaned washroom. They are providing soap and shampoo with small water bottle. If you need any help means they'll provide

Extra hidden charges

I checked in early. They didn't tell me about any additional charge. Just gave me the keys. Room smelled of smoke, and there was no hot water. At 11 am i checked out and he asked me for money. They said i have to pay additional 800 since i checked out at 11 instead of 7 and i was forced to pay extra. They could've told me that i have to check out at 7. As per invoice my check out is at 7. This is was really bad from their side. They should tell people in advance what is the check out time or at least inform them at their check out time.

Worst stay ever at my lifetime. The room full of smoke smell and the smell was not going. There is no ventilation and also it is too noisy. Unable to get proper sleep. Waste of my money. I don't recommend to any one

I had a seamless and enjoyable experience booking through makemytrip. The platform is user-friendly, with excellent customer service. My stay at mount city park hotel was fantastic! the staff were friendly and attentive, the rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. The amenities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere was very relaxing. Highly recommend both makemytrip and mount city park hotel for a hassle-free and comfortable trip!
