The location is Very Simple, Once you get off the Nadaprabhu Kempegowda Station Majestic, take the staircase up and at the end you'll find the two paths , choose the right side one after completing the path you'll find the staircase go down and in front you'll find a big board of Hotel Magestic, where buses will be waiting,from that hotel in the very next right lane in goes , where the lane ends prior to that you'll find the hotel just like the images of the hotel , there will be Balaji Bar then right after that it'll be Hotel. Don't have high expectations to be clean and noise free, that's a bar area along with right next to a fleet market. The hotel Provides you only room nothing else. while the food , restaurant, medical shops etc are nearby, still need to go yourself or the delivery guy will come to the hotel reception only. You can ask the Hotel staff to bring you anything, give them the money that time only. After they come my personal opinion at least give them a tip, they work hard as per the Salary they get , so don't expect everything. I have been there often and know the ground realities. The Hotel is still going cause you won't find an aesthetic room with 24 × 7 AC , cheap rates, nearby availability etc. one thing this time bothered me the most I asked them to change the bed Twice still I had the Itchy and rashes all over. I looked for the Bedbugs or tick but didn't find one. Try to Look for the mattress and bed sheets clearly. I would Suggest you should bring your own clean Bedsheets and Towels Especially cuz the maintenance is the least of the issues. Better to be safe with your own bedsheets and towels. If you need cheap and affordable along with 24 × 7 AC this place is for you! I'll be going here until I find it impossible to stay cuz it's cheap online , offline it's kinda expensive nowadays. You get connectivity of metro, bus , autos. Also there is DMART nearby 500 meters , PVR, markets , all. I mean if you think in that way you are getting the best deal. You gotta adjust with the area locality for the sake of money on that it's providing facilities.

Room was average and maintained in good condition. But the real problem is bathroom where we can see a fungal area on top of the roof, which is disgusting and unhealthy.

Room was ok. But bed with spring which does not suit me and i get pain. Morever the behaviour of receptionist was not praiseworthy. He treated books customer from second heart.

After i landed in chennai i had a doubt that the usual issue may happen in a few hotels. So i would like to confirm the room availability. I called them and confirmed the room is available. In 20 mins i reached the hotel and they told me the guest was not vacated. So they asked me to go to their other property location which i don't want. I have seen the property and location before itself and i don't want to book. But they made up for me to go there. They are the planned cheaters. They will make you travel to their main property with this intention and transfer you without any choice to their other properties by using your situation and transportation.

The hotel was good neat and clean room was compact but had a good stay but in the corridor you will get some cigarette smells and the area where it is located is not good. Otherwise the stay is good and if you are with your friends then i will recommend this hotel for stay
