Octave hotel. Is an average hotel, hospitality is good but facility is not up to mark and should be improved. I want to say to make my trip t hay you guys should visit and confirm all the hotels then included in your list. I book this hotel due to you, i don't know octave hotel but due to belief on you i book this. But now i think now i will book hotels on my view and experience. This hotel. Is costlier according to it's poor and average facility. I know you can not return my money but i am. Not satisfied from your choices last day manager took charges of one extra day in his own account. Not in hotel account. There are also bedbug in my room bed. I think 2 is more better rating

The overall experience was very good room service is good the staff's behaviour was good. Rooms are clean. The location is peaceful.

Located very close to mathrisquare shopping and metro station. My room was very clean and the bed was, spacious. The bathroom was also clean with 24 hour hot water. Hotel also had a water filter in the corridor. Staff especially night staff were very helpful and friendly. I would definitely reccomend this hotel if you are in bangalore for a short stay.

Checked in late at night, staff were good and polite, room condition was good, hot water available, best hotel to stay in such prices

Hotel is located in a good location, easy to travel and hotel management is polite and good. Only thing if the hotel can maintain a no smoking premises that would be great.

We had stayed with octave hotel jm residency on 21st july 2024 and it was a comfortable stay with octave hotel jm residency. The location is very nice and you will have lot of restaurants near by. Room was of good quality and wort of the price. Will recommend to others if you are looking for accommodation near to sheshadripuram area.

Room was clean. Staffs were polite and helpful. They have given me ac room although the booking was for non-ac. Only thing to improve is parking, which is still under construction. So we had to park outside in the road. Room was having smoke smell. That should be avoided.

I was told that i could check out by 5 at no extra cost by one guy at reception as am a regular customer. Although i planned to pay some rightful amount. However the manager charged me close to 700 rs for just 4 hrs extra. Few hundreds short of an extra day!if they would have informed before i wud have checked out early.

I recently stayed at a hotel and had a fairly average experience. The room was clean and comfortable, but the overall ambiance lacked a bit of character. The staff was polite but not overly attentive. The amenities were sufficient, but nothing exceptional. It's a decent option for a short stay, but don't expect any standout features.
