Smoking smell

I selected for non - smoking room but once i entered the bathroom there was heavy smell of smoke. When asked for room change they did not allow. We couldn't handle the smell of smoke. And we saw 2 small cockroaches roaming in our room. Cleanliness-6/10

The beds weren't cleaned. It had hairs all over it. We asked the reception to get it cleaned, but nothing was done at all.

The hotel needs serious and immediate renovation, they should stop their business till the renovation is completed. They have shifted me in 4 different rooms throughout my stay due to several issues.

It was one of the worst hotel in bangalore they gave us a ac room in which ac was not at all working. The smell was bad and there is not better lighting in the room.

We four members of my family members stay for four days, visit for admission of my son in a university located in bengaluru, location is good, foods are to much spicy for north east peoples, it should be suitable, most of doors locks are not properly work, services are excellent

1. Rooms were spacious. 2. Hotel overall fine considering the fact that its less expensive. 3. Rooms need better maintenance. 4. Infrastructure and facilities need better maintenance. The sensors for the entrance door were not working properly so the door would close while someone is about to enter thus increasing accident chances.

Location is good in gandhinagar with lots of good eatery options nearby. Considering the money spent, the stay was good as compared to other locations.

The rooms had cockroaches on the walls and under the sheets ! our team did not have a comfortable stay.

Overall nice stay. Rooms are spacious airy. I cannot find any negative point to highlight staff is swift with room service. Highly recommended for business, family and solo trip.

The room was okay. bathroom not really clean. I checked in , in the morning and I had gone out for a while and when I came back they were cleaning my room and I hadn't asked them to. That was a bit unusual
