Unfortunately, i faced several issues, including no hot water, a non-functional tv, no complimentary drinking water, an unclean washroom, and water leakage. The food prices were also excessively high, and the staff was unresponsive. I hope you'll take my feedback seriously and address these issues to improve the guest experience.

Thar stay was comfortable. Rooms were clean and maintained. I stayed for 3 days and it was good experience. It is located in a good area. There are planty of restaurants at a walkable distance from the hotel.

Yea we were supposed to get a delux room i. E. The best one of this branch but we got an executive room, which was very poor from them even after taking a lot of money, but we being kind accepted it none the less, i thought of asking them for a small amt back from what we paid but it's ok ( even though i had upgraded the room beforehand and paid extra), so overall it was a pretty decent experience as at least the room was clean.

Hot water had problem. Room was ok. Sheets were not clean. We didn't stay overnight. Even after checkout i got calls asking time of checkout, breakfast option etc. Not aure of the coordination of the staff.

The hotel rooms were small but beautiful and the hotel staff were good they treated us nicely and they even allow zomato and swiggy food inside the hotel, they don't have any issue with that. I would definitely recommend others for staycation.

Tv didn't work for 1 whole day and restroom door doesn't have the lock and early check-in is not allowed even after being regular customer.

Lift timing was very slow from when the minsk has opened we have to wait for a long time towel was not clean lights in room was something missing phones was not there, due to minsk cafe lack of security. Earlier it was a amazing hotel from 2 years i am coming here but now it's not upgrading itself not maintaining.

Clean rooms. Comfortable stay. Nearby walkable distance restaurants are available. Easy access point.

Decent stay over all. I checked the hotel website and there were alot of amenities such as toiletries which were missing. We room itself was very clean. We had a quick check in and check-out no hassle there. There is no parking available so in case you are traveling in a 4 wheeler you will have challenges in parking. The washroom can definetly be worked upon. Especially the shower and the toiletries.

Good decent hotel. Room was in very good condition. Early check-in did not happen. Staff was polite and courteous. Tv didn't work.

The location of the hotel is the biggest advantage there. Rooms and the building were very clean and well maintained. One thing that put us off a little was the fact that we had to ask for many supplies, which are supposed to be complementary. For example - change of towels, water etc on the next day. We didn't get the toothbrush kit and disposable slippers until we asked for it. The hotel as such is amazing and service is good. The receptionists are not very response or helpful in this branch. I've been to other hotels from olive in different locations in bangalore and i liked the service there better.

Property is at very prime location. Rooms are good and property provide almost all amenities. However there are some maintenance issues such as you can't lock the sliding windows.

The property is well-known to our family, offering a great ambience with neat and clean surroundings, and the service is commendable. However, there's room for improvement when it comes to amenities. Each time we enter the room, we have to request the amenities we need, which would be better if they were provided beforehand.

I found it through make my-trip app. The stay was super neat and is a newly build stay. New generation stay will all sensors being used. Stay was super awesome. Washroom was super neat with marble floors
