Horrible experience. Knowing very well there are problem with key in room no 305 they allotted me the accommodation miserable wait 30 mts out side the room. Disgusting

Hotel staffs were ready good and polite. But hotel needs to be maintained more. Cleanliness need-es to be taken care of. Many things were getting broken in bathroom just after touching like hand shower, body wash bottle. But the coffee machine they have it is really nice.

Hotel is located in a good location however room was not that clean and had a very bad odur. They did room spray but still no use. Wouldn't recommend this hotel for longer stays.

Have booked a king bedroom in olive. Room is dated but its not bad however the condition of the bathroom and toilet was poor. To make it worse the toilet flush was not working. They have fixed it quickly though. I don't recommend olive for the price i paid.

Stay was good. Hotel is above kfc in 2nd floor. Rooms where good. Locatrd near wipro gate. They give 2 bootle of water every day. Daily cleaning bus there. A/c was good. Have free wifi was decent. Didnt opt for food. Overall ok for solo travel

It was a really good experience. The staff was really best at its services. They took care of me and my belongings. As well as regular cleaning and all the things where addressed so peaceful and co ordinated.

The rooms were clean. Breakfast was great and had lots of variety. The dosa in the live counter was also very good! the tv in the room had firetv stick so you can watch youtube videos or log-in to your prime app. The wifi wasn't great and it was logging out frequently however the staff resolved the issue after reaching out to them.

Poor Stay

The facilities was so poor, hot water was not available untill we called for service, wifi was not able to connect with the tv so they wasted our good quality time for more than two hrs. Ac was leaking in that room, they just told us they can wipe it for us, and they will put a mat under the ac. I was so disappointed, and my partner too and they spoiled our good time for one more hr. We asked changed of room and they gave us a twin room adjusting the beds together and again bathroom was too smelly.
