The staffs are very professional and helpful. They make me feel like home every-time i stay there. Overall, the hotel is brilliant and it's all because of the staffs (front office, dining, housekeeping etc)

While the room was good and food was decent too, the service is sub par. We got our rooms late, wifi didn’t work despite raising complaints multiple times. Have stayed in a lot of radisson properties so far, this was by far the most disappointing.

Rooms are small. Had requested for twin room didn’t get it. The manager couldn’t care less. The third extra bed was so small we couldn’t sleep properly. When called at the reception the staff was laughing. Towels were used and old. Some package delivery for my room was misplaced by the staff, and then found later. Also used the meeting room which had horrible lighting. Never again, avoid this place.

Great location. Nice rooms with a good view. Checkin experience was a bit wanting - the room allocated didn’t open. Slow response. Breakfast was great but service was a bit erratic.

V slow. I had a terrible experience for a day trip to bangalore n chose to stay in this hotel. Food was bad, you ll keep reminding them for the service and finally u ll get served. Sorry but bangalore radisson experience extremely unexpected.
