The complimentary breakfast buffet was very good with vast and lavish spread, room was super clean, room cleaning services excellent, every morning they ask for laundry if any, rooms are on 3rd and 4th floors.

Everything's really great. From room service to housekeeping and especially their restaraunt. Really proffesional staff in every aspect of every department. We had stayed for 3 days in the hotel for business purpose and didn't feel any inconvinience. Rooms are clean and well kept. The rooftop of hotel is really beautiful with a swimming pool and a sky lounge. We'll surely stay with them again.

1. Courtesy: Receptionist could be a little more courteous. As soon as I reached the reception, I of greeting me or making me sit (which is basic manners in the world of hospitality), the receptionist asks me “Which Company?Which Company?”. To which I replied “I am not a salesman, I am a Govt Officer”. 2. ⁠I found a dead cockroach in croissant during my breakfast. The manager apologised for it. 3. ⁠The suite room and other staff services were at par and excellent.

Location: accessible, good place, premises well maintained food: breakfast is good. Indian breakfast is good and hot as well. The european breakfast is ok. Amenities: inside the room everything is very good.

The room is quite good, but the bathroom is very bad. Water is spilling out from the shower and making everything messy. Overall the hotel is not as good as the amount paid.

We had a wonderful stay at rg royal hotel. Very satisfied with the cleanliness of the hotel & size of the room. Nice hotel with all facilities needed like mini refrigerator, hair dryer etc. The hotel was very handy for metro, bus and train. The staff were friendly, and the service at the complementary breakfast was fantastic with varieties, i would book this hotel this hotel again without hesitation.

Maintenance is a big problem

Most of the things are not up to the mark. Room maintenance is a big problem. Showers taps seems older and doent functions sometime. Room interior full of mirrors makes it more worse.
