For all the mm t customers, last rooms which are smaller in size are allocated. Hot water is not available guests are not allowed in the room not even for 10 to 15 mins

As given in my earlier feedback again the same corner small room was allotted which was not comfortable for me. Anyway thinking of opting out of some other hotel for stay next time.

The staff was incredibly welcoming and ensured a smooth check-in. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all necessary amenities, including fast wi-fi. We were impressed by the food. The hotel was good location wise as well as rooms are spacious, comfortable but i was on the 8 th floor and there was loud music playing right upto 12 somewhere and did not help sleep after a long tiring work day

Pathetic room, i had booked suite, but it was not well managed. I was given room which was already occupied by someone. Thank god when i opened door with my smart card it was chained locked from inside. Then i got different room key.

Pathetic service! they charged money for plates even they charge for glasses imagine. No guest allowed no out side food allowed, in every way people will ask you where you want to etc. You feel like you’re staying in jail. I will never recommend anyone to stay in this hotel. Even staff are not very polite.
