Royal star hotel average good but room cleaning not maintained, bedsheet cover very bad, pillow cover very bad, rajai cover durty and bathroom not maintained. Hotel rooms as per price not good and very high price.

Stay in the hotel was good but the tv in the room is not working and ac is also not working properly. The location of hotel was good.

Too many naphthalene balls in the room. Dark brown bed linen cannot be trusted for hygiene. No hot water. Tap water not clean. Bucket and mug was dirty. Otherwise all ok.

Worst experience ever. Even with confirmed booking they mentioned that rooms are not available as they already have offline customers in the room even though we reported before time. Mentioned contact number of hotel was not answered to me nor to mmt. However, the staff helped to get the room one after the other. Thanks for that help to staff members. But nevertheless our trip was all messed up. Will never trust mm t and hotel even after confirmed booking.

Lift is very small. A person with luggage has to face a lot of problem. No hotel staff to help with luggage

Location wise it is near to nimhans or st. Joseph hospital. So, anyone planning for treatment, to go can book in this hotel. But no food is available there. You have to arrange of your own. Rooms are little bit small, but ok for me.

Ya'll ever heard anyone saying they're glad that they're vacation ended? well, hear me out cause this hotel was that good! it was so so good that i couldn't wait for my stay to end so that i got to get out of there. The best thing about booking a room, you get complimentary roommates( roaches. Coming to the other facilities, ac remote? doesn't work. Tv remote? doesn't work. Shower? doesn't work. Fan? doesn't work( resigned the last day. Air conditioner itself? has mood of its own. Now let's come to the best service i've gotten ever! the water supply. The day we got there, we had been through the dry heat of bangalore, dust, travel exhaustion and we got just the thing we needed, a constant supply of hot water, hot water. It was such a nice experience that we decided that we don't deserve such goodness and bought cold water(blinkit) and took a bath with those. I think the vacation gods were displeased by this act cause the next day, there wasn't any water at all! but again in the next next day there was that heavenly hot enough to burn your skin water back again! so good folks so good! i don't think i'll be staying at any hotel with the words 'royal' or 'star' on its name in any context after this amazing experience.

It was very good, the cleanliness, the atmosphere of the room, the bathroom was clean. There was no problem finding it as it was close to the bus stand. There is an near the building for food next to the hotel. We arrived safely without any fear, happy with a good experience.
