Stay was not at all pleasant. Room was not cleaned properly, a layer of dust on everything. I travel-led with my baby and it was so worrisome. The staff is impolite, they just want to pick the plates and do not care whether you are still eating or not. Will not at all recommend this place. Its not worth your time and money

Dingy rooms, horrible staff, huge cost. Their suite rooms smell like its not been used since covid. The furnitures are old, paint sealant work done horribly, no light in front of the dressing mirror

Property is in good location. Not provided any welcome drink or no attention on guests at all. Dinner buffet spread is ok but not great. Taste can be improved. Breakfast is also average and can be better.

Property amenities are good, location is nice, food was really good. But one suggestion you should provide complimentary chocolates, deserts to customers. Also i didn't find drinks like coke, beer, hot drinks in the room mini-bar rather empty as other 5 star hotels provide them at free of cost. We are paying such a huge amount for stay at your hotel. Please take my point into consideration.

I am a frequent business traveller to all parts of India and have stayed in more than 200 five star hotels in various cities but to my high disappointment It was most terrible stay experience in my life time at Sheraton grand as I was with my family on vacation. I choose because of LUXE and assurance but the price what we paid and the services what we got was not even upto 10% . During breakfast no one will come and serve you water or ask for what we need even if we order something it wont be delivered on time. U can see flies flying over the fruits and if u complaint to person over there they won’t respond. My 9 months old infant was not feeling well and she vomited on bed and we asked for a room change as the Vomit was all over the place till rest room but it took us very long time to get it cleaned and they never provided a new room.Whenever u ask anything over phone the reception persons talk very feeble and u can’t even understand what they want to convey. Most of the time it gets very much delayed to get water bottles and any thing we ask them. No welcome drink is provided nor any refreshment even if u ask. I don’t understand the term of luxury after paying and still we have to beg for services. The quality of food in breakfast is horrible. No items are hot and it is not well maintained. I would suggest no one to go to this hotel just for the brand name of Sheraton. U will be highly disappointed and no worth for money u pay. It spoiled our vacation and even rooms are not the size what is mentioned

Short falls i noticed, welcome drink was not offered when we reached the hotel at 2 pm from airport. After request only provided. You kept only 2 tea bag, 2 coffee sachets and 2 sugar sachets in the room where we were 2 guests. Requirements at evening and morning. Some times in between also. Calling housekeeping is inconvenient. Only 1 body lotion and 1 soap where guests are 2. Otherwise all are fine including large spread of breakfast

Packed juice not accepted as welcome drink extra towel asked for was misunderstood delay in providing water bottles in room. Breakfast buffet was amazing. Wide spread.

The stay was fantastic no doubt but we had a bit problem with the dinning service, we tried calling them but there was no response for nearly half an hour. Other than that everything was perfect my kids enjoyed well !

we didn't expect it would create a remarkable impression, though it was last minute...plan. location, amenities & services 5 🌟, food.. 4 🌟a wide variety of options.. but taste needs improvisation.. as we South Indians love more authentic and traditional recepies ... clean and hygienic, coupled with elegance it was a pleasant stay 🫶
