The property moved me to other substandard property and only upon arrival they informed that they are overbooked. Whereas i had booked the hotel well in advance. A big disappointment. It was a cosy, positive and comfortable stay at shivas galaxy. The staff is nice, the food is also good and is very convenient for people who want to stay near bangalore airport.

Hotel is good value for money in bangalore. Staff is very friendly and nice, food is good and reasonably priced. Rooms and toilets are new and clean.

Wouldn’t recommend to stay at this place. Looks like helper doesn’t get paid enough as he was on his toes to extort money from me for picking my luggage to the cab. It’s not a rule but the customer’s choice for a happy service ! local language speaking person at the reception would be good. Rooms were kept clean, good work from the cleaners.

Check in was smooth. Room was very nice. Had a good sleep in the night. Ac was comfortably cool. Food was ok. Not much varieties on the table. But since i had to go fast didn't order anything special. All in all good and comfortable stay.

Room was good and the staff were polite, complimentary water wasn't provided. They kept a water bottle and charged for it later. Apart from ot everything was good
