Allround, a poor experience. Although the hotel is close to the airport, it is now surrounded by construction sites. I could find 4 major constructions going on. Breakfast was most ordinary, poor service.

Property is located at a 15 min drive from kempegowda airport, convenient to reach. Food was delicious and the rooms were clean and classy. Will stay again

Overall i had a comfortable stay. The rooms were clean and the staff was courteous. Close proximity to airport made it easy for me to take an early morning flight. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a good value for money!

I never stayed here as there were no rooms available and requested to cancel the booking to get the refund. They have not cancel-led and make my trip has not refunded.

It was comfy stay for me at shiva's gateway hotel banglore, but the thing is that they have charged for the snacks items separately

The staff is very nice polite and cooperative including the cafeteria staff. There was silence to attend meetings & comfortable area at all. It was a really amazing experience and a good time i spend.

Everyone has to wait for half an hour to one hour at reception before receiving key. I had asked 2-3 times for milk powder but same could not be provided. Remaining things were very good.
