The thing is that first they provided not working ac room and then i requested to change apart from make my trip payment extra 500rs paid the second room provided is good

The toilet is highly unhygienic, the linen is soiled and it smells bad everywhere. The staff is not quite experienced with hospitality.

There is no lift to go, fourth floor no proper air-conditioner in the room behaviour of staff is worst no heat water facility properly. Please at least try to refund some amount for my worst experience in that hotel

The worst experience of my life in terms of staying in hotels. The room was very dirty, it was just cleaned only from the front side. There was a lot of cockroaches in the washroom. The beds were filled with bugs along with the pillows and comforters. The lift was not working and still they allotted us a room on the 5th floor. No room service was provided. Even they can’t serve tea more over water and glasses at the room. Most horrible experience of my life. I will not recommend any one this hotel.

Not clean not hygienic than normal otherwise. Not food no daily maintenance bathroom not provide any refresh things include towel, soap. Not giving proper responses. Even there is no dustbin also. Very poor maintenance.

No water was available in the washroom. The room was very small and the staff was also not so good. No lifts were there in the hotel. Terrible experience.

The room was on 5th floor and the lift was under maintenance. So they give us on the 2nd floor. Staff was friendly and helpful.
